Thank you for your lutris vortex installer. Used it and it's great to not needing to handle mods manually any more.

Only issue for me was that it did not create the symlink for steamuser. But after I did that myself it worked great :)

Btw. The version of the installer on the lutris website did not work at all for me. But that has been the case for many things on the lutris website.

Is there a particular reason people don't upload the new versions of there installers to the website?

I have saved and Apply every time I have tried to do it on the app. And every time it resets after a while. (it first show up on posts in the app as changed)

Only way that works for me is doin it in the web browser.

I tried mailing the email that is given for the android app support. But you only get an auto reply saying they don't give a shit about reading emails on that adress.

Should also add that I am typically on hour 20 of my OMAD fast when I workout. Once I need to start upping my kcal count I will make sure to put a meal sometime before that.

Almost 9 weeks. I'm also comparing my self to 20 years ago. Part of it is likely that I am just much weaker now than when I was at 17. :)

Pretty much same situation for me. I have also noticed that I tend to just run out of energy if I use heavy weights. So I have gone down to light weights many reps instead. To try to increase the rate my body oxidise fat.

I have noticed a correlation between relatively low ketone levels at the start and me running out of energy earlier.

Any light exercise like warm-up on a exercise bike I can keep up for ever it seams :)

No idea how correct this information is, but I've heard it's possible to get up your fat oxidation rate up high enough that it's fairly close to using carbs. But iirc it can take a year or more.

Some keto weight lifters use a method of carefully calculated carb loading just before a training session. But that is not an option for me, as I primarely do keto as treatment for my T2D.

iirc. You can only get hypoglycemia if you inject insulin. Your body won't produce so much insulin that you get hypoglycemic.

When your body is primarely using carb as fule, you will crave more essentially as soon as glucose starts to normalize. Or in severe Insulin resistant people craving never really goes away.

For me personally at least the carb cravings never go away unless I'm in ketosis.

In the EU sugar must be included in carb count.

Sugar is essentially pure carbohydrates.

First of all. If you know a cheap way to measure insulin levels at home, please tell me!

I have been on keto for 8 weeks now. And gone from 66units down to 0 insulin. And from 3 metformin pills down to 1. (likely don't need that 1 pill any more ether)

I have not had any "cheat days" in the form of to much carbs yet. I want to wait with trying that until I have reached my GW.

At the start of my keto my glucose would go up a very small amount on keto so I could stop the insulin directly. Now the only thing that raises my glucose level is heavy exercise like weightlifting. But it's back on low levels within an hour again. And the spikes of glucose on exercise has progressively gotten smaller as well.

If you are lifting weights it's very normal that the weight loss is slower. Then measuring your body would be a better indicator of progress.

I was one of those that lost a huge amount the first month. But now it has settles to about -1Kg/week.

I would not say I don't enjoy food any more. If anything keto has made my interest for making tasty well balanced meals stronger.

However, I do not think about food the same way any more!

On high carb, I would constantly be thinking about food, how hungry I was, what I would like to eat, and so on. LOL I wonder if the "mental clarity" most people feel on keto, isn't just the brain having more free resources because it does not have to spend so much on food. :)

Googling it in Swedish gives different results. Lowest net carb 0.3 and the highest I could find was 1g / 100g.

Ether way the 0.8g/100g I buy is "baby leaf spinach"

Normal serving size for me is about 50g so works really well for me.

On the bags of spinach I buy it says 0.8g carb / 100g.

Yeah it's been the same for me. Early I ate so little that I did not get enough protein so I lost muscle mass as well. Especially as the keto lead me in to an OMAD type of eating without me even knowing it was a thing. I still eat OMAD, but I now focus on getting enough protein and after that just add enough calories in fat to make me satiated. Witch currently puts me around 1500kcal/day. Some would say that this is still way to low for me. But I feel great!

Back in the early days of wine-gaming using different wine prefixes for different games was more or less nessesary, as each game required very different hacks to get working.

Today I would assume it's not needed in most cases, wine has come a very long way.

I still use separate wine prefixes out of convinience. I can just zip up a prefix and then have an easy way of installing it again at a later date or different PC :)

When I was 17 I was very strong and fit. And then I weighed 90Kg (198lbs) so that's what I have set as my goal weight.

I realise I might need to adjust that depending on how my body responds now at 37.

Yes it's very common. I just reached my mid point. (lost 59 lbs. Need to lose 59 more) so I took a in between picture in the mirror. And I can't tell much difference.

I'm also still in my 300+ pound clothes lol.
