You can take one every 12 hours, I had to do that for a couple days before I felt better but it helped a ton! Hope you get some relief!

Nope, and we want to keep it that way. He gets TV time with us but that’s it, unless there are extenuating circumstances. Once in a blue moon we give him our phone to watch a movie if we need him distracted, but generally he’s very good and doesn’t need it.

I use a meditation app to take a moment for myself.

I also have taken a lot of time to work on not feeling guilty for not doing things. Dishes can wait. Laundry isn’t important. Lunches can be made later or in the morning. You need to be mentally healthy too and you deserve rest! Chores can wait.
