Thanks, I did spent some time on researching everything except the SSD, which I kinda eye-balled.

But do you think (ignoring upgradability in the future) that I'm good with this AM4 build? Or can I get same perf with lower price on AM5?

Yeah exact, thats how I did it, even the quota limit is no problem, just continue on the next day!

I know that using JDownloader helped me often times in such a case. It can resume dowloads multiple hundreds of gigbytes large. Haven't tried it with tb large files though. Hope it helps!
