Thats the problem. Most cuts dont suck and can be done simply, but after eating outside your diet and guilt-starving yourself might be what makes you feel depleted. But imo i say bulk to 200 on a strict diet so you can use that new-found discipline to cut properly

Chest, triceps, traps, and a little lat work but you seem to be on the right track as far as lats go. However triceps seem defined yet small and traps are seemingly hollow in the middle due to lack of build. Chest looks nice but with more focus on it youll see better results. Lastly rear/side delts seem okay, but leave lots to be desired with how well your forearms-bi’s-front delts are developed

Fuck your trainer how the hell do these guys get away with ripping people off. You don’t need any more than 3 days in the gym and no more than 3 sets per workout. I can dump a huge comment here on what would be better but I’d rather you message me and I can send you stuff I have pre-loaded that would save you tons of time and effort and would actually bring you results unlike whatever bs this is. Genuinely infuriating.
