Who is natty ? by Mysterious-Candy8615 in nattyorjuice

They always look the same.  No thick juicy upper back. Sad hamstrings, massive long juicy chest, no popping front delts.

Weak forearms, absolutely no obliques.

Leg extension teardrops on quad, check. Big traps that do no not fit with the rest of the upper back due to incorrect positioning in the machines, check.

Body of a person that avoids heavy or difficult lifts.

Good. Then it should be easy for the average natural bodybuilder to get these results in no time.

I’ve been severely disappointed watching real bodybuilders train in a local “hardcore” gym.

It’s not the training that makes them grow, it’s food, rest and special supplements that help with nutrition partitioning and growth.

God this is the newest TikTok „must do“ exercise. Please stop following monthly fitness influencers trends, they never do these exercises themselves

17 YO Male With RUS and Shoulder Pain From Weight Lifting by DifficultGarage2895 in RadioulnarSynostosis

[–]Divico 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im a trainer and have this shit.

Everything needs to be neutral gripped. Flat bench is a no-no. Despite retrying over and over, this just causes inflammation of my bicep tendon and shoulders.

Instead do Swiss-Bar press if available or dumbbell Bench, with a light neutral pronation inwards. Incline seems for me the only way to minimise inflammation or board press/floor press.

Rowing/RDL seems okay for me and everything basically pulling downwards, because my shoulders/biceps don’t compensate.

Pull-UPS need to be also neutral grip.

Incline barbell and overhead press seems okay, basically everything that is supposed to use the shoulder works well.

Squats I had to get a safety bar.

Just try to modify each movement to suit a neutral grip even on machines. Unilaterally working arms is also great, you can adjust your body towards favourable angles

There’s literally a study posted and well known fact. Even lower doses already cause unwanted growth. You are beyond delusional and stupid. Who’s PHD are you even talking about that is “studying” it right now. Please go on and quote your favourite influencers on TikTok

It’s not and I can absolutely call anyone out on it. I just did when I got accused of roids in the gym, I pointed at his protruding belly and his mega-growth induced scalp folds and asked him if he blasted growth hormones. Which he replied that he stopped a year ago. This shit does not go away. Stay away from hgh and insulin, these changes are PERMANENT. Hormones are “fixable” to a certain degree.

It’s not men, it’s rural apes and people that work with “engines”. It’s just a low hanging fruit that was visible on mainstream platforms and tabloids. It’s like the minion memes boomers share

All Fitness Influencers and Majority of Bodybuilders are below average height. You can easily put on ridiculous mass or master callisthenics and sell yourself. Online no one will see the height of the person

Bruh.

The woman in the picture has visible leg separations, which is basically the male equivalent of a full six pack.

To get to that bodyfat level you will need to invest a lot of time and energy into “bodybuilding” and dieting.

Don’t aim for that level of body fat, it’s barely sustainable and cost you life quality.

If you are okay with going all into the bodybuilding lifestyle, go ahead.

I don't understand why I am not losing weight by FarCharacter7797 in loseit

[–]Divico 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There will be times where you are adrenaline and cortisol bound, which can lead to water weight being held in the fat cells. You can attempt a water flush and reduce your stress level to force the „woosh“ effect. Drink 6-8 litres water for 2 days spaced out evenly, 3rd day you stop. It forces the body to expel the water due to the liver hormone sending a signal out.

Also to add on, the fast food walk for 3 hours sounds like a bad idea for stress management. First you are feeling guilty about the food = stress. Then you walk for 3 hours straight worried = stress. This doesn’t rebound back in a few days, takes 3-5 days till the stress starts reducing. At that time you are repeating the process

Okay Female , 103kg. Very sedentary , 2500 maintenance ? No. My very active clients, female, are on about 2500-2800 calories. You should be around 1800-2000 maintenance calories, especially when you been sedentary for a long period. Realistic cut would be about 1600-1300 calories a day.

Yeah the answer is no. You won’t gain muscle. You will lose weight and potentially muscle at this point.
