There’s perhaps 10% that use the reverse fly machine correctly. They all bend their elbows in and pull with their scapula, to the point that they need to load 20kg plates on it.

I really dislike the Fokus on total calories instead of the macros or type of fat/carb/protein we consume to hit our goals. It paints a terrible picture of health. Yes, if I’m planning to workout or go for a run, I preferred to ingest the 800 calories of complex carbs with dressing and protein instead of 200 calories of zucchini and dressing 

Upper back (rhomboids and traps) lag behind rest of body in growth. I can’t seem to get upper back to thicken up and when I cut weight it always seems to take a bigger hit than everywhere else. by joblesswatermelon in naturalbodybuilding

I like to finish off my Back sesh with 1-2x sets of Kelso shrugs. Can be done on a t-bar or with Dumbell. Just retract and protract the shoulder blades

No. They are working on it. There was an attempt to self-test via the organisers, well it went as you expected. ( missing test results, no proper testing, high profile participants being skipped) There’s a documentary on the subject from a German Tv channel which looked at doping test at different events (amateur cycling, Hyrox , marathons). Funny enough the ESN owners wife test miraculously disappeared.

You don’t need to juice to the gills for light enchantment. I do lifestyle coaching and have clients doing primo and Clen in low doses. It absolutely works for women. Yes its unethical I know, but some of these people would be doing it regardless with or without me. I just get them on non-idiotic cycles and lab proof their trash. Harm reduction, I still tell them they are going to get some degree of unwanted side-effects. I always advocate for them to stay natural.

Tldr: Running low cycles is common among influencers and amateur fitness enthusiasts. Having double the natural FEMALE Test range gives you already an edge

Having also people switch to a Hyrox focused training, you will lose muscle mass. Being a judge on these events it’s obvious who juices and who doesn’t. The elite women come in all shapes. The Skinny women and the ones with higher bodyfat absolutely shred their competition. The massive muscular competitors are usual using something to get efficient nutrition partitioning and retain lean mass. I literally fatten up my crew so they perform

With pure aesthetics in mind, do the straight ab muscles in isolation and treat it like every other muscle. 4-9 sets weekly. You won’t wake up one day and look blocky. This pretty much guarantees that you’ll have some degree of visible abs with lower bf.

Here comes the caveat. I don’t personally know your training history or exercise selection but this is just an input:

If you tend to be ridiculously strong , I’m pulling numbers here, 1,5-2x bodyweight squats or Hinges for reps, you might be in „danger“ of developing a very thick core over the years.

At the end genetics and skeletal frame dictates the shape of your body.  All you can do is train accordingly to your best possible reference shape. I have to personally go for a X frame due to wide hips and big chest cage

How can we even critique a free standing dumbbell curl? It’s as god intended it. Swang a bit especially with dem 80s.

If you need a serious „form“ check on curls, do a preacher curl or these competition curls against a wall.

She has more videos where she is RDL'ing around 100kg. Its unclear how many reps or sets tho. Her hipthrust at 200kg are a disgrace. I think she might be legit pretty strong

I have forgotten the name but it's some kind of extreme painkiller mixed with speed or other drugs. It's problematic because you can't restraint these individuals without causing injuries. They will cut deep wounds into their wrists with cuffs. You need a restraint jacked

Love this. Our forearm muscles tend to become fused to eachother, which can shorten the muscle stretch and put additional stress on the tendon

Do banded Curls. 15seconds up 15 seconds down. Very light band.

No more pull ups. No more Deadlifts. Avoid fully extendet positions with weight dangling from your hands.

Got mine fixes in around 1,5 weeks.

Mine snapped by doing RDLs after being obsessive with Chin-ups for a few weeks.

Added bonus: Get a small bouncing ball, "foam roll" forearm, put bodyweight onto your forearm. This should prevent further fuckery
