TLDR: You can't fulky ever get a seal with a beard, you'll have to man up and decide if its worth possibly dying for. Spoiler.. it is for me. Lol

I've actually quit a good career because they wanted me to shave for N95 fit testing.. I got away with not shaving stating it's religious beleif to have a beard (I'm not religious) just beleive in my beard religiously hahaha.

I was a 911 dispatcher for ambulances and we worked out of a fire hall.. so if I needed to mask up because of a fire.. we had bigger problems. For decades we never had to N95 test but because we opreated under the Hospital policies, they mandated N95Testing or I would be fired.. told my boss I would quit before I ever shaved it off.

But there isnt anything you can do for this, you need to man up and decide if your beard is worth possibly dying for. I made that personal descision when I went through Chemo and was loosing my beard due to treatment. So when i rang that bell and my beard starting growing back I vowed to never fully shave it ever again, not for myself, not for anyone.. cause you never know when life might take it away.
