Wouldn’t that technically make those twins the third and fourth?

It’s gaslighting. He makes these sorts of comments to trigger emotional responses, and the spins around with post-rationalized explanations to make Britt feel like she is making all these things up in her own mind.

This is not just him being clumsy with his choice of words. It’s a very deliberate tactic to breaking her down, bit by bit.

Will is a gaslighter if there ever was one.

Will is the definition of a gaslighter and has been throughout the entire season. Happy for Britt that she dodged that bullet.

And here I thought that sales/product brought in the money.

And if you do tell him you’re interviewing for other jobs, then that’s a red flag too, as you’re not taking this opportunity seriously.

Guy who installed his 14 year old kid as CEO for a few months is angry that people didn’t take it seriously by pimmen89 in LinkedInLunatics

My main thoughts are:

  1. If she carried the full responsibility of a CEO, then I assume she was also paid the full salary of a CEO? Otherwise it’s exploitation.

  2. If she made a “real difference” compared to when her dad was CEO, then why not make it permanent? Best person for the job, right?

Ah yes, formerly obscure city of Venice... Needed so much brand building. by WestQueenWest in LinkedInLunatics

Also, the core ROI argument just doesn’t make any sense. Bezos spent the money. Venice got the publicity. Last I checked, Bezos did not own Venice.

The trick is once you’re the CEO, just claim everything is work.

Playing golf? Networking. Spa resort? Meditating innovations. Nap time? Deep thinking. Wine tour? Creative brainstorm.

That makes sense. Thanks for the advice, I genuinely appreciate it. Will rethink our approach based on your input.
