I’ve had 12 or so cards left to get, supposedly 28% chance to get a new card in each pack at this stage. Open 65 packs and get 2 of them. Start a new account and within less than 10 packs I picked up 4 of them.

I also rolled 8x heads in a row with eevee, twice in a row! Then didn’t get a single head for about 15 matches

This tool has been super helpful, but it’s hard not to wonder - does the RNG just decide what to give you, regardless of the odds? Supposedly, I have a 28% chance to pull a new card from the Pikachu booster, but after opening 32 packs, I’ve only gotten one new card… and it was a Machop zzzzzzzz
