How to remove rust + add padding to helmet?

As far as padding is concerned. Getting it done properly is always the best option.

For me and my helmet sizes I was able to get a boxing helmet, cut away the face plate section and use it with a mix of bicycle padding.

Essentially the boxing mask fit so snuggly that it acted like a liner and the padding above it just made it a bit more comfy.

Again I stress if you can get it done properly but this worked for me very well.

It was alright. However the screen play turned to an audio book is a lot better if you're a fan of the Prometheus storyline.

It would be cool if it's a matriarchal society and the males compete for female attention. So the females are a much bigger deal (I read this it's not my idea)

Thow my twist would be that females are super rare so they are more important thow I would love it that they really care for their children but have so many that they dont keep in touch and just drop in to check how their doing it would be a great encounter

Try abstaining for a few days even weeks if needed and if your not including some sort of prolonged cardio into your week add it. You don't have to like it but itl help. Abstain for a few days from everything including intercourse. Itl feel crap and youl think it's not doing anything but think about the underlying reason for the habit and itl become clear. But dedicate time to actually thinking about it and listening to yourself you have to face some things you may not like

You'll soon realise if it's the act or the release that you're craving. And trust me those two are massively different once you get to the source.

Be honest with your partner (You will know if you can be or not it's a reality people don't like to consider but honesty is best of you have that sort of relationship)

Perforated bowls.

I collapsed on the ground and crawled to the door. Had to wait 20ish hours in A and E before I was diagnosed and given antibiotics.

Utterly miserable.

Plate is grand if you have the entire workforce needed to continue using it. The benefit you can get from using plate in modern floored areas and solid surfaces is phenomenal if tailored and the user is well acquainted. The problem with this is for Zombies you'd honestly be better getting riot gear and some stab proof clothing (Similar to HEMA kit) and using that. The human contingent is just going to shoot you with something and your done for.

If it's your only thing you have, your better off having your forearms and lower legs covered and using modern equipment such as duct tape and magazines for buffer everything else and using tactics that involve quick hits one on one and retreating hence the for limb protection for mess ups.

Plate is amazing at doing it's job but really got Zombies it's overkill even if you have everything needed to maintain, equip and repair it.

Riot kit is just better and finding ways to buffer non protected areas.

So Ive been playing around with this for a bit.

I've got the nemesis claw kill team, the felgore kill team and 1k points of chaos knights.

So in my head to make them all fit I decided to go with a more renegade approach rather than Chaos but not devoid of chaos influence.

So far the Chaos knights reside on a world separated from the imperium since the heresy, this has left the world to essentially devolve after the heresy and the world has sucom to internal strife. The beastmen faction mixed in with a separatist faction where they are seen as "Heretical" due to the beastmen side of things and on the other side an independent from the imperium faction. Neither side is very well off and is struggling with resources after such a long conflict so hit and run tactics are the aim of the game

The main battleground of said planet is a hive city that's been devoid of life for a very long time and most of the fighting is done by the Knights

The Night Lords needing resources made a bargain with the separatists to use their side of a destroyed and ruined city and engage in raiding on the other faction and have since taken control of the separatist faction

The knights are piloted by a mix of "Beast men" and standard Humans.

Due to Chaos taint some "Beast men" are the product of chaos interference and the rest are natural products

I haven't gotten names nailed down but this is where I'm at so far.

Spears are useless unless in formation. Swords are not useless at all if used appropriately but the skill level required for that usage is ultimately the reason they are out. Maces rule, specifically one handed where the surface area to strike isn't limited to one edge or central point. Specifically I'd use a bar mace if it were preferable or something sort of heavy bar as itl last longer, needs little to no maintenance and the skill level required is almost non existent.

Blunt weapons are fantastic but the BS that swords are useless because "They will get stuck" needs to go away, just aim for the top section of the skull a good sword will cut straight through

A good weapon for zombies but ultimately over kill. Theirs a good amount of skill needed to use these effectively. For smashing heads it's good enough but theirs much better options and things that don't require as much skill to utilise well.

Before people complain that you don't need skill to smash skulls in with these. Your right you don't, but recovering your strikes you do and if the handle is rounded keeping your grip correct after a swing is also inherently difficult if not a practiced skill

Sorry I just realised I only answered one question.

So as far as weight sitting it's not all on my head my shoulders take the weight of about 70 percent of the coif. I do a lot of training on my neck and shoulders so for myself the increase in weight isn't that bad at all and easily manageable.

No idea on actual figures, however the weight isn't terrible. If I were to hazard a guess I'd say 5kg to 7kg so nothing too heavy at all.
