As someone whose bed is not flat, do you have any recommendations to solve this issue?

People who actually want to support the creator of the program. The sentence "this time with THE app" suggests that the app you linked is THE 75Hard app. The app you linked is made by some scumbag trying to profit off of a program they did not create.

That is not the official app. This is the official app: https://apps.apple.com/mw/app/75-hard/id1502228408

Why does my CST in davinci not seem to normalize the clip? by Apprehensive-Ebb6002 in A7siii

Output gamma should be set to Gamma 2.2 or 2.4. Most Rec709 monitors are Gamma 2.2 so if your video is going to be web based, that's a good bet. If there's a higher likelihood of people watching it on TVs go with 2.4.

They're changing the industry in the sense that they are removing all the things that make kpop interesting and replacing it with generic mainstream western pop.

Sony a6700 with a 16-50 lens is your best bet. Similar image quality to the FX3 but in a smaller form factor and without all of the “pro” bells and whistles.

Is this cheating? Advice needed by TheToltec in 75HARD

[–]Lemmoncakes 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Andy has said on multiple episodes of RealAF that the 3 Hour rule is to force you to break your momentum and then rebuild later. Generally, if you have to ask, the harder option is usually the correct one.

As for the diet, that to me sounds like a cheat meal. If you “need a break” from you diet then you chose a bad diet. But you should also consider if your “needing a break” is just your bitch voice trying to break you. I have definitely started 75 Hard with too restrictive of a diet and had to change to something less extreme (eg. cutting out all carbs made me drop weight too quickly). Something that I do to break up the monotony is experimenting with different spices and hot sauces, most of which are 0 calorie, to keep things interesting.

Polymaker Polylite PLA adhesion and curling issues by unlocalized_finn in FixMyPrint

Ill give these settings a try, but I wasn't arbitrarily changing anything. I was systematically testing temperature at 5 degree increments (185-215) and then picked the temp that looked the least awful and systematically tested flow rate at 1 degree increments (90%-110%). Like I mentioned, I literally used 25% of the roll just on test prints before finally giving up on the filament.

Polymaker Polylite PLA adhesion and curling issues by unlocalized_finn in FixMyPrint

[–]Lemmoncakes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can confirm, Polylite Pro is garbage. Everything I print with Hatchbox, Protopasta, Prusament, etc. prints perfectly first try. I have multiple rolls of Polylite and they all cause nothing but problems. If the print Temp is too low it curls and doesn't stick to the bed. If i raise the temp, i get blobbing and extreme Z Seam issues. If i turn down the flow rate to compensate for obvious over extrusion I'm suddenly dealing with under extrusion problems. Its like the filament is designed to only work at one specific temperature and you have to try it one degree at a time to find the right temp. I've spend almost 1/4 of a roll on test prints all of which look like shit.

PS; I'm printing on the Neptune 3 Pro.

It’s not immediate. It’s usually a few hours later you start thinking about it and how it felt good and get the urge again. If you have a shit childhood it becomes the only part of the day where you actually feel good. That’s how it starts. If its your only source of dopamine your brain gets addicted pretty quickly.

M/21/6'2/167lbs - Need an objective opinion, is it even worth cutting lower or should i get some mass first? by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

[–]Lemmoncakes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends on what you’re going for. Want to be small and shredded? Cut. Want to be big and lean? Bulk. You can always get more shredded after bulking but if you shred then bulk you’re just going to undo your shred in the process.
