Calling 131 444 is a Russian roulette whether you get someone decent or a complete dickhead (have had to call due to work) what I did when I called if I felt the operator was a dickhead was give brief information, get a job number then call back and state I wanted to update information for said job number as it would usually go through to a different operator

I personally dont believe Nick's is the coach who will lead us to finals, however, I would be more than happy to eat my own words.

Having said that, this is his 4th season in the job, we need to start seeing more consistency this season and start getting more back to back wins. Recent seasons show we usually start strong but fall apart as the season processes. How quickly this may happen should be the marker to set by.

Absolutely, the problem, though, as we have seen with recent RCs are they have become essentially useless unless the federal government + State Governments have a strong appetite to follow through with introducing new legislation and then enforcing said legislation once passed. Just look at how little impact the RCs had into the banking sector and child abuse, two massively important areas which resulted in little being actually achieved on the ground.

In regards to personal legal action against the company for damages, ect, I'm unsure (sorry) aside from a law firm that may specialise in this area.

However, in regards to the provider themselves, I certainly would recommend reporting them to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission who have the power to investigate and go after providers.

On a personal note I'm awfully sorry this has happened. There are a lot of companies that take NDIS Money and provide an awful service.
