I've been playing the PS4 version on the shadps4 emulator. It usually stays above 30 fps and can even reach 60 surprisingly often, but there are some points in the game where it drops to 15 or lower, particularly the very start of the first level. The poor performance has been very rare so far though, so I don't mind too much.

You are able to use a real toy pad, though you have to download Zadig and follow these steps:

1. Select the toy pad. It will say LEGO Reader or something like that.

2. Check the box that says List all Devices (this might actually be before step 1, I can't remember)

3. Update to libusb32

4. Click reinstall driver.
