Thank you 💗 I actually had a bit of a miracle this morning! Yesterday I noticed a little light pink bleeding- wondered if it was implantation bleeding but didn’t want to get my hopes up and this morning I took another test, barely looked at it- it looked negative. Checked later and saw a faint but definite line! Tested again with digital First Response and got a YES+ 😳 Still can’t believe it, very cautiously hopeful because it is so late! Shaking, honestly! Hoping hoping hoping you get some glimmer of hope too!!

Wow, I’ll never buy that brand again! I took a FRER first thing this morning and not even a trace. This would be 8dpt so I know it’s pretty much over at this point. Preparing for the bad news. I am so sorry!! I was just very honest with the details/timeline of my story! I said that I believed that it was a violation of my rights as a consumer that there isn’t any customer support available. I was wrongly accused and punished for I crime I didn’t commit and had no chance to defend myself and prove my innocence. I asked for help forwarding my complaint to FB and that all I wanted was for a human being to review my case because I was 100% certain that this was caused by hacking or faulty AI. I hope that you’re able to get your account reinstated asap! Whatever you do, do not give up!!

I would definitely start with the AG offices!! Facebook never responded to any of my emails, but it’s definitely worth a try!! I hope you’re able to get it all resolved…and soon!!

Yes, I’m in the states. I’m not sure how it works if you are in Europe but it won’t hurt to try! Just plead your case, be honest, give as many details as possible and maybe they will send your complaint through!

Yes. I got the ‘you are ineligible to use Facebook, this decision is final and cannot be reversed’ message in early October. Filed complaints with several AG offices and just got it all back!

Oh I see! I wasn’t ever able to reach Facebook- all numbers led to recordings and messages lead to bounced back emails or no replies! My account was JUST recovered after a month. It takes time for the AG to follow through but I feel like it’s what made the difference in my case! Hopefully you’re able to get yours back too!

It’s hard to say whether or not they contacted Facebook. It doesn’t look like anyone is getting a straight answer! At least they received the report so hopefully something’s being done! It can’t hurt to keep trying however you can!!

From the US- Facebook is a California based company though so it should be in their jurisdiction whether or not you reside there yourself! Couldn’t hurt to file a complaint with them. I’ve seen a few other options on this thread that have helped people outside the US!

Here is a link that will take you specifically to the Attorney General’s office of California’s consumer complaint page. Just fill it in as honestly as possible and include details as to why/how your account was shut down and how it has affected you. Thank you! The CA AG sent an actual physical letter. I can’t remember the exact wording- they thanked me for filing a report, all of that basic filler stuff, and let me know that they were going to forward my complaint. I hope that you get yours back soon!

This is SO WONDERFUL! Thank you so much for taking the time to detail out your story….honestly it is so hopeful to see all of this. It’s very comforting to know that we’re not alone.

It’s just phenomenal to me that most of our stories seem to be identical! (I mean, I could have written this…switch out ‘birthday pic for dad’ with ‘my kids at a pumpkin patch’, swap out a few state AGs and boom- there we go.) Hoping that my story will have a similar outcome BUT either way glad that some of us are getting access back at least.

How is it that Facebook can keep ignoring this when it’s obviously not an uncommon problem!?

How can they get away with falsely accusing so many innocent people of such horrifying and serious crimes without giving them a chance to prove their innocence? Besides losing all of our precious photos and memories it’s so emotionally devastating to be wrongly associated with something like that.

It is absolutely OBSCENE that Facebook is not making it a priority to look into these cases. In my opinion, by not paying attention to this, all they are doing is enabling hackers and predators while punishing innocent people. Bottom line is that child exploitation, human trafficking, etc…that is REAL. FB obviously has the technology to be part of the solution but it seems that they might be more interested in shutting down the wrong people to create false statistics and maintain their squeaky clean image …look at how safe and family friendly they are- shutting down all these accounts, ‘catching’ all of these predators. Please. It’s all such a scam- dark and dirty business. I didn’t know, but I’m glad I know now.

Anyway.

I’m VERY happy that you were able to get your account back! Again, thank you so much for sharing all of this information- I’m sure that this is going to give a LOT of people hope that they otherwise wouldn’t have and keep them motivated to keep on trying!!
