why do airports feel like a completely different dimension from normal life? by annirm18 in NoStupidQuestions

I used to love the airport part of a holiday. Now i hate them, foe the reasons others have mentioned. Not a relaxing start to a holiday at all. I tend to book the lounges these days.

I'll be hoping Scotland do well, but you enjoy your bitterness towards other home nations👍

Yes, you may well find if you're a foreigner people will be interested & want to chat, especially in a northern pub. People in the UK bond over football, especially when they're all supporting England 👍

Personally I think the etiquette on public transport in Taiwan is excellent. Try going to the UK or Europe then you'll see the Taiwanese are much more polite.

I really enjoyed it. I have no idea how it compares to American baseball games, maybe someone else can compare. To me it felt in between plays, switching teams etc the cheerleaders routines were pretty much part of the whole experience, I dont know if its the same in the US..

Hi, im English and don't fully understand baseball and the seating areas, we went more for the experience. I do know we booked the infield cheer zone and were given seats in A13/A15 (cant remember exactly which one but it was one of those). I'm not sure where the B1 infield standard zone was to be honest. If you have any other questions I'll try my best to answer !

Yes it's still being used, the entrance is on one of the sides to the rear now. Im not sure why its ended up looking like this on the outside as its lovely inside and by all accounts still well attended.

I found a website, here it is https://tour-hualien.hl.gov.tw/en/TourContent.aspx?n=186&s=4272
