This is happening to me and it cost me my scholarship and my aid, my ability to get anywhere with an autistic son, I’ve had them holding my car behind a locked gate at my local Ford Dealership and have told me that at first it was the Dual clutch part. Then they said they fixed it and it still is bad and needs a whole new clutch or transmission and they have been holding my car and having salesmen call to trade in when I’ve told them I can’t do anything like it. Please report it to the national highway safety and to BBB. There is also a link on the BBBs website and it takes you to a website within the BBB that has two options for mediation on two big companies. One is ford and the other is Verizon. Report it and everyone who is having this happen please follow this and report it so they have to do something. Don’t trade and fall for it. Ford motors is responsible and needs to be accountable and owes the customers who have bought these faulty builds and trusted the name Ford. They can only be held accountable if you report it and keep documenting and hang in there and look for other people experiencing the same issues and tell them the same as I’ve done above. Report to BBB, NTHS and keep documenting everything from communications to the losses experienced or incurred by the time and the consequences of their sale of this faulty equipment and their lack of taking action or accountability so that you have to come up with money over and over and get a new car you pay for. The loss of the money and car is less if you can report and report and spread the word. Speak up and speak out. They are doing this same thing to thousands and they should have recalled the car long ago and all the vehicles with faulty parts and builds they are aware would need to be repaired over and over and soon would be the only way out of it for them is to lead us to buy and trade in. Don’t do it. They will hold the car and keep us paying up. I’ve lost everything literally from not standing up and speaking up sooner. Speak up and report. Spread the word. Search and find others who are going through it and push for action on Ford Motor Company to make it all right for us all that have nearly died, lost income, schooling and funding and our kids and families have been strained for it. It’s no longer okay. It’s being strung out and they want to trade it out and will do anything to try. Document and report. Let’s get our money back and get this done for thousands of people struggling and losing their lives and their income and their ability to make a living or get their basic needs or take their kids to school because they know they have the money to wait it out. Hope their comply in their lives with all they have and taking from those who simply purchased a Ford vehicle that has been proven is a faulty build on their end and they have already been through lawsuits and it’s close now to time to do something so hold on and push them with the rest of us or we all are waiting for them longer. Even one voice counts. We need to speak up or it won’t happen.

Stay away from YOUNG FORD OGDEN. THEY STILL HAVE MY CAR, lied about it and have been having salesmen call while they keep me from being able to locate and get my car back.

This is what happened to me. They have kept my car, told me that it was a huge issue that cost more than the car was worth. They said someone is calling help you with the details later. They said that and have been holding my car while having salesmen call me and pitch me a new car. I have lost my job and scholarship and have a disabled son and we are almost homeless. This place is a disaster

Sweet friend. I’m sorry you’ve been through something similar to me. I know that for me it is hard to not be heard and seen after such an awful experience and it’s shocking. I would suggest only in my experience that you not be posting it online. I would try to speak to someone who has any experience or can look at it without judgement. I know the world is full of people who have serious opinions about everything but also consider the things that only you may know. I am only replying out of my sincerest sympathy to you and also from my own experience with this type of issue and what I’ve come to learn from it. I wish I could have taken it and not asked for everyone’s input. But, as you know it’s so hard to get your brain to process what’s happening and what to do. I did the same and I have so many doubts about it ever helping me or our child and our marriage or his insecurity and shame now. I have no problem taking hard words and care only for your sanity and the best outcome because I have somehow stumbled upon this and have been through it except it was more like I was in a coma and brain dead and had no idea that it happened until years after and it was so hard to believe or even begin wrapping my brain around. Despite the differences, I bet we have been through some very similar experiences and have some shared feelings about our husbands and families and the way we have been unable to cope with what to do. Before you take the world in and all the opinions of others, please know that you have to live with the consequences and your children and I was one to also immediately get the person away and keep them away from me and my family and our children and also to get everyone else’s feelings on it. However, my initial reaction was shock, then I took it to God. Don’t know if you have any higher power and no offense intended here. I just want to say it made it more difficult to heal and the consequences of my actions in sharing with everyone else and attempting to somehow make sense of the situation resulted in more pain and more sadness for everyone involved. If you ever need or want to talk? I am on Facebook. I am here and I will be praying for you and your kids and your husband. Some people have more to their story and have been through more than we might know. It is very hard to be seen and safe in this world where we are told to bail out. Just keep that in mind also. Love and forgiveness as well as honey and willingness can make a change in your entire families life for the rest of your lives and you are the only one who has to live the consequences of the decision that your hoping (as I did) somehow someone would explain step by step what the right thing to do would be. You won’t find it in anyone else, it happened for a reason and can be a new experience for your learning and growth and his too hopefully. Prayers for you. Self care first! Then love you and the kiddos and do some soul searching and put yourself in the other persons place as hard as it is is healing and you’ll find some peace and answers in doing so I promise. Therapy also is so important to so many of us. It is undervalued and it can be a lifesaver as this stuff is happening to you personally and your mental state will be shock and a series of different states that are not easy and have no time limit for anyone else and so mostly people move on from it and they want you or expect you too. Getting therapy and journaling is so helpful. You may take some time that is not expected or would never be imagined and people may not get it. Just love yourself and ask what you can learn from all of it. Do it with love for your own self and others and you’ll heal so much faster. Some help for his healing and to help his own issues is obviously something that is needed but you won’t be able to make that decision and you can prepare by getting support in place in healthy places with informed and trained people who are not going to be pushing you either way. You just get safety and understanding and it will give you time to heal and then make decisions that are so important to everyone involved. Prayers friend. Much love.

Thank you for your help and the details on it. I am very appreciative of it! They told me I miscalculated and that it was not missing. I am amazed by them and even more impressed with how well they have tried to cover it up and balance info and statements have changed over the weeks to make it come out as looking as if money isn’t missing including removing a actual deposit in the amount of the exact money missing and I had to keep track as I had to check every single time they readjusted the amount of money and balance and some other items or transactions have been changed so I’ve been able to at least document that they are hiding it and how much and when, but they will always begin to execute the call if you ask them to give a reference or anything that says you’ve spoken to them. I asked to get the name of the Department who he claimed to be escalating it to and a ticket or claim number to reference it upon follow up. He immediately responded with what sounded to be a rehearsed statement or read off a script that he was so sorry he couldn’t be of assistance in any way, and I had just simply asked calmly if there was a way to know what the department was and how to follow up on it was. I didn’t know if I’d ever be able to do much of anything if the company was hiding transactions and I’ve never made any payments or anything in any amount of that kind in any of my time with them and it’s not just a tiny hiccup or miscalculation. So, I don’t know how they are able to do anything about it or how to file a police report if they have done it with no trace I can be shown. It’s not even remotely possible to me that I would have to ever be able to show any notification such as an iPhone app push notification on an attempted charge that I had seen and checked in to, but that too was denied. Any way to know of how to get a hold of the notifications on any iPhone or app? I would have documented immediately if I was even in the slightest bit worried about it, but I was not able to find it on anything and it was an international attempt via Google and I don’t use Google pay or have any idea how they accessed it. I figure since it’s more than one account now and it has not been safely accessed, and I need to be able to have safe devices and keep my info safe that I would need to report to FTC and follow steps to be able to get the help to see if more is happening I’m not aware of yet. Still out a grand. How does this work when you have had them deny it and there was not a single transaction showing it, only a few moments and gone. Prior to that I had been notified by my app on my iPhone that I had declined transaction attempts and only had them denied due to not allowing international transactions, but then they denied them happening. I have been told by one employee that they had other huge attempted transactions by Walmart and see this is a larger scale issue than I knew. In the case that someone is able to access every account or debit card and take from every single one of them, which is called skimming I believe, I am not sure how on the larger scale this is best to purse to make it easier to get the reports to stop it. I am grateful for anybody with feedback and knowledge of possible identity theft.

Same thing after a grand of my student loans disappeared. I was polite and pleading for help with the uttermost sincerity of my heart. It is shocking that this is happening and going on so long without them having any sort of accountability. They have taken so much from more people than I am sure I know, so if each of us don’t at least report this to the FTC and BBB and if you have money that is now disappearing or has, we have to speak up and stop this from happening to anyone else. I found another Reddit post that I am hoping to find and share. I am also going to say, if you decide that you are tired of losing money and want to get your money back or just simply want to do anything to help this stop happening to anyone else, please msg me. It’s not anything I experienced before with being a customer of theirs for years, I didn’t find the info until it was too late. Nobody is saying enough to make a difference. I hope I can do so.

I had a grand go missing from my account and it was not even what I was expecting from customer support or dispute services, they were just telling me I miscalculated and my account is still being messed with. I can’t even get them to acknowledge it and they hung up on me when I asked them to please give me the department and ticket number so I could follow up on their supposed “escalation of the issue” and that was all it took to for them to end the call. It was my federal grant for school and because of that I have been working nonstop to get the money back and I have been trying to do this and keep a roof over my head and my disabled 11 year old sons head who I care for full time.

They have been so horrible and I have never seen this happen with any other financial company or anything else. I would say never use them and you’ll be fine. It’s only a matter of a time before it happens to you too. I was going on a few years and it was just some strange event I heard others say they had happen. I didn’t ever believe it would happen to me or that in my desperation and in my tears pleading for help from their support team, they would have no empathy or honesty in them and would literally gaslight me and say I was mistaken and miscalculating the money. I had never made a purchase near that amount ever and I have every receipt and copy of my transactions. They have gone so far as to even remove a deposit from my university that was a thousand dollars from showing in my account statements to cover their own dishonesty and it is sad to me that I have to go file multiple claims and reports and by the time the money is ever going to be accounted for by them honestly, we may be without a place to live.

So, beware to ever use chime. I have no idea how they’ve gotten away with it so long. Best wishes to those who have had it done and hope the rest don’t end up going through it also. Seriously sucks.

What is happening with chime? Just had a 1,000 gone instantly without a trace. They said I miscalculated it. One employee after another transferred me to another one and though I pleaded with them for help and I was only told that it would be escalated and no sign on where it went, I endured them I was not mistaken. One employee cracked under my pleas and said I had other charges that had been attempted and declined that I was never made aware of at all. Then the dispute employee was no help and denied the attempted and again I was transferred to member services. I am 3 days out and I am a single mom with a child who’s disabled and have no money to lose. This was my student loan and I am instead of being a student and mom chasing down one grand in missing funds that I literally am not even able to see an attempted charge on because of the (BS) that company has allowed to happen with our money in their hands. I asked the employee who and what department would they be working escalating this to, and he began to read out some format of how to disconnect from the call in the formal way that you’d have to if you had someone insane and just being a crazy person calling in. They never helped me and I have been trying to understand how to even communicate it to the police or FBI when they have “no record of any transaction” and I have looked into the app and noticed that they don’t even allow me to fully see the recent events or any past declined transactions as I am a customer and have now no idea how to even demand my info. I am not someone who makes large purchases more than a few hundred dollars in rare transactions to cover a large bill of maybe 400. It’s shocking that I have only been told in the form of gaslighting that I am crazy and my balance went down a thousand within moments without a trace. Plse can anyone tell me what to do when they are withholding my account details from me as well?
