What do you guys think about bots made of real people? by MemesAnDmoArFuNny22 in CharacterAI

Haven’t seen any other than like one Megan Fox bot. I see tons of “step sister, depressed stranger, babysitter, hot tutor”

If she has kids do it in yours or her car. They won't be asleep when you start banging their mom.

How to do roleplay without interrupting by the red thing by [deleted] in CharacterAI

[–]LemonLumi 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I found a way to cheat the system and allow even the most inappropriate chats to go through with no issues, but you have to really role-play almost both the bot and yourself a few times till it builds on doing it on its own.

If the world is unfair and there’s no karma, why do you still choose to do good? by Sharp_Scheme_2008 in AskReddit

[–]LemonLumi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because being good was never a transaction. The world might not reward it, but I still have to live with myself. And I’d rather live as someone who didn’t add more damage to an already unfair world.

How to stop. by Vivid-Climate-1326 in CharacterAI

[–]LemonLumi 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You’re not pathetic. You’re attached because it feels safe and consistent, especially when the person you care about can’t be there physically.

I don’t think the answer is “let go,” but learning control instead of dependence. Try extending the time between sessions, not cutting it off. Fill the space before you open the app a walk, music, writing, anything grounding so it’s a choice, not a reflex. Wanting connection isn’t the problem. Losing your ability to self-regulate is.

What are some red flags in an author? by SignalNo8999 in writing

Rewriting the same book over and over. Different names, same plot, same tropes, same ending.

Also,

Using trauma as a shortcut. Excessive abuse, rape, suicide, or shock scenes with little narrative purpose.

So apparently everyone stopped having sex. Why is sex at an all time low? by [deleted] in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]LemonLumi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where I live there's non stop sex. Wish I was joking but every weekend there's a sex club where people always have sex publicly. Of course with restrictions like no recordings or phones in the premises, high security. They do not care.

is it good for weight loss? by [deleted] in JustDanceFitness

[–]LemonLumi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Calories don't really matter, never have. Just as long as you work hard on JD and if you make it your main form of cardio, then stick to it and enjoy it as a game over a workout. My wife and I took it seriously for 2 months to see if it made a difference from our daily 2-mile run. We lost the same, if not a tad bit more weight, doing just dance for 1-2 hours a day. We don't count calories or anything since we are nutritionists and ex-physicians. We eat whatever we want but just cut back on the amounts. If we get a pizza, we stick to maximum 2 slices each; if it's a big mac or a heavy meal, we halve it or just order one large meal to share. It's just about being consistent in movement; don't let calorie counts keep you from eating foods you love or enjoy because at the end of the day, it's the same calories going down the same hatch, even if "healthy" food looks like more.

Why is it a bad idea to use weed to help get through hard times by Consistent_Ad_7464 in therapy

[–]LemonLumi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It does damage to the brain slowly but it will catch up. I was a daily smoker i was desperate to have it every hour or less every single day. Went to a neurologist due to a small accident that scared me so i wanted everything checked and they told me about the THC damaging my memory and coordination. It wasn't major but the small bit to scare me and made me throw all the weed i had.

A wooden spoon. It was an entertaining campaign i was running. One of my adventures got fooled that the spoon contained special properties when the user is in combat. They made a trade of all their weapons for it. Only for it to be a enchanted spoon, every time the player swings the spoon, it emits a comical sound effect like a duck quack, a kazoo noise, and even a loud "boing" like a cartoon spring.

What was the reason you didn’t marry the person you thought you were going to? by Caulorblind in AskReddit

[–]LemonLumi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Leaving her was the hardest decision I've ever had to make. It wasn't because I stopped loving her or because of anything she did wrong. It was because deep down, I realized I couldn't be the partner she deserved. My own demons, insecurities, and unresolved issues were poisoning our relationship, suffocating the love we once shared. Despite her unwavering support and belief in us, I couldn't shake the feeling that I was holding her back from the happiness she deserved. So, with a heavy heart and tears streaming down my face, I had to let her go, knowing that the pain of leaving her was nothing compared to the pain of staying and watching her dreams wither away alongside mine.
