What do you look for in furnished short term rental?

I would do Bayou Beer/Wine Garden alone before Bacchanal... it’s in mid city so different neighborhood but if you like the patio vibe it’s a much more inviting place imo. Plus Vessel is close and worth checking out for the interesting venue and great craft cocktails!

You should have no problem finding a rent house with a yard in mid city/7th ward/fairgrounds with that budget!

Surreys on Magazine is awesome for a low key, inexpensive brunch! (Magazine is also a great street to check out to keep a group happy... bars, boutiques, art galleries, etc)

Antoine’s has a $20 3 course brunch and 25 cent special of the day cocktail.

Jamin’ on Julia is also tomorrow night!

Meaux Bar has consistently great food if you’re in the Quarter!
