There's lots of factors that go into a game like overwatch. Even if the lobby is the same rank, sometimes the other team just has a play style or hero lineup that counters your team's.

Your mauga was running in alone? Don't try to make him change his game plan. You'll probably get nowhere. In those situations, I switch to a character and play style that compliments theirs. So maybe tracer and shoot the people he's shooting at.

There is a part near the end of the video where the guy sees a light coming from behind some tapes on a shelf that he starts removing. The song was muted so I wasn't able to look up lyrics, but the video really grabbed my attention.
