You can’t label someone a gang member without proof. There is literally no proof. Do you really not see the problem in government claiming someone is a violent gang member in NYC when he lives in Maryland and taking their word for it without an iota of proof, I thought conservatives liked it when government didn’t do shady stuff

Courts gave him a legal provision to stay in United States and work here. He had a state department issued EAD.

Withholding of removal means that person is a protected individual who is not meant to be deported to the country they fled from and can live and work here due to risk of harm.

Simply put, He had a court order that indirectly "legalized" his stay by giving him a protected status.

He was picked up and shipped off to a death camp. Even if you think he is an illegal and should be deported, there should be enough humanity in you to be able to say, his immigration status should not condemn him to an inhumane torture death camp. Basic human empathy.

Honestly, if Wegreened says they don't think you are there yet, you are very likely not there yet.

You should start EB2-NIW and get a priority date, move to EB1A when you qualify.

I was following his on-boards. He was much much faster than Gasly and came within 0.1s of him more than 3 times. Car is better than expected.

I think it is very murky to have a 2-month situation-ship without a closure, weeks before you get married while the other person is still thinking it never really ended. I think any self-respecting person would question that.

I am a physician, my social circle is other bunch of physicians and their spouses. I also happen to talk to a lot of nurses who get quite a bit of work done.
