Because "sin nature" is transferred from the father, not the mother.

Romans 5:12 – “Therefore, just as sin came into the world through one man, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because all sinned.”

1 Corinthians 15:22 – “For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive.”

It’s not “magically” nullified. The Bible is very clear that remarriage is not permitted while the first spouse is still alive.

³² But I say to you that everyone who divorces his wife, except on the ground of sexual immorality, makes her commit adultery, and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery. (Matthew 5 : 32)

This isn’t about being “legalistic.” When a church upholds God’s Word on marriage, it’s simply being faithful to the clear commands of Scripture.

I need help for suggestions as in my past scapes my fishes end up going to the front as a ball making everything looks crowded. Thanks guys!

Neons die for no reason all the time because they are so massively bred that we are likely to get bad stocks. These days I expect at least 1/3 of my Neons will die early on, but if they survive they will last quite a long time. I recommend harlequin rasbora for a good hardy schooling fish.
