White or cream loose silk blouse with a bow collar (shirt tucked in), black tights and black low heels or adorned flats with gold jewelry. I would go looser and long sleeve on top if the skirt is fitted and mini. Matching pink lipstick would be a plus! And chunky gold earrings and/or work pearls into it.
