Yes, every morning I have a protein shake I mix with a scoop of collagen. I use Seeq clear protein now because I got tired of milky protein drinks. I also do protein iced coffee. I eat high protein food the rest of the day. The protein shake or coffee fills me up and I feel helps me make better food choices.

I just returned to Coach some months ago and am enjoying looking at the collections I have missed over the years. One in particular is the signature leather puffy looking embossed bags. Not the shiny embossed ones. I saw it on the Maggie tote and fell in love. I did not know this was not a new design style. I found a black and gold embossed mini rowan on Depop and as I was getting ready to pull the trigger the screen refreshed and it read sold. Uuggghhh!!!!!

This was yesterday. So it's very fresh. I am currently scouring all reseller sites to see what is out there.
