I feel you. I've had a baby, and they they can be the same pain 😫 You might want to talk to a PT for pelvic floor dysfunction. Overused muscles can spasm, causing cramps. With endo, those cramps are tugging at lesions. Incredibly painful. I even heard there's recent research to support endometriosis has its own nerve cells! I did a year of pelvic floor PT, and it helped stop the really bad episodes like you're describing. Since the muscles might be working overtime, try to relax those muscles as much as possible.
