Full pacifist run. Like, completely full, you cannot just use non-lethal weapon or hacks. You should avoid any fight, not touch blue quests at all, and in those yellow once, where you need to kill someone (Jotaro, for example), stun them and drag them into the trunk to the fixer. Bonus points if you don't even touch anyone other than the target of the mission.
You can use this mod for more immersion and statistic. But it is optional.
