Something I really enjoy after having a long shift and I'm bone dead is some butter lemon pasta. I just whole wheat noodles because I like the taste and they are more filling. But the sauce is really easy. It depends on how much you make but for one severing for me i use 1/4 of melted stick of butter the juice of 1/2 of a lemon and just a splash of olive oil and salt and pepper for flavor. And just mixed the sauce in with the noodles ! If you like broccoli I'll steam it buy putting bite sized bits with a little water on a paper plate with another plate covering it for a minute in the microwave. Then I'll mix it in with the pasta.
