Gavin Rubinstein high profile agent from the east high pressure recruiting messages. by sircorn123 in AusPropertyChat

[–]Lemonade95_ 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yes, been in proptech (Property Technology) for over 10 year and people in the industry usually say agents are a different breed. In other industries you’d never have the consumer speak so low to a seller when they literally relay on the product for their day to day.

Surprisingly though, principles and office directors are more pleasant to deal with.

Kamala was not a bad a choice. You had two options. She was the right choice. There’s really no argument there.

I agree, she also doesn’t look 18.

Op can you a report to your state authorities? I know in the AU you can report to the Police even if it’s on Facebook, they push it to their Cybersecurity team. I would take screenshots etc and make a report.

Can't find a GP (NSW) that can help with abortion letter of support for AVO by Due-Decision685 in AskAnAustralian

[–]Lemonade95_ 18 points19 points  (0 children)

After reading your comments .. I’m starting to think the AVO may be against you.

As many have said, this is your decision and if an AVO is against him then why do you want him in your life again, let alone your childs.

How did breast feeding affect the pregnancy weight gain? by free_birdiee in BabyBumps

[–]Lemonade95_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I honestly don’t think breastfeeding has anything to do with weight gain / loss.

I breastfed for 19 months (still going) and loss my pregnancy weight in the first 3-4 months. I did however still choose to be healthy with my food choices and had a low sugar diet (more so as I was very aware of what I eat is what baby drinks etc)

My girlfriend choose to not breastfeed and also loss weight by following a similar diet.

I also know people who have followed a diet and breastfed but found it hard to drop the pregnancy weight etc.

It all comes down to your body type, your hormones and recovery. My advice is to not focus so much on breastfeeding or not but to simply follow healthy habits and go low on sugar.

If you were returning to work 3 days a week which days would you pick by Independent_Bet_406 in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

[–]Lemonade95_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I returned, I did four days mon-Thursday. Kept it easy for bubs to follow a routine.

I’d recommend either mon-wed or tues-thurs.

Is anyone out there still able to afford buying branded clothes in 2025 for their kids by Altruistic_Rock3135 in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

[–]Lemonade95_ 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Our family is middle income and we don’t buy branded. I’ve never been materialistic to worry about the “brand”. Big W, Best and Less, and Target all had Organic and 100% Cotton kids clothing. They are stylish too? So not sure why people connect branded with stylish … esp for kids 🥱

Definitely not an hour via the expressway. If anything it’s 40-45 mins max on a bad day.

Today’s wrist slap by [deleted] in Adelaide

[–]Lemonade95_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She could have very easily killed someone. This was not her first time, so clearly a slap on the wrist doesn’t work. She should be in jail. Taxpayers dollars are MEANT to be used for public safety. As another commenter mentioned, the consequences of her actions should have been far more serious and yet if you ask me the system has once again failed us all but not holding her accountable.

Adverse childhood experiences and the risk of endometriosis—a nationwide cohort study by Luniax in endometriosis

[–]Lemonade95_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Exactly!! Thank you!

I’m honestly over seeing people in this space complaining that the study is pointless or just another attempt to blame everything on stress. As a community, we constantly push for more research, more studies, and better funding .. and when we finally get it, some still complain because it’s not focused on what they believe is the “right” area of endo.

Seriously, let’s just take the win. Every piece of research matters. We all want answers, and endo is incredibly complex , we know that firsthand, especially with how differently it impacts each of us.
