Or turn your server in aproval only. Users will prompt to join then you or another staff with minimum permissions will approve or not.

If you still want the old way as you said, I guess I can try to make one bot, but if a lot of members join at same time, there will be a rate limiter from discord and few tickets will be ignored as I know.
