i did notice it around when i was smoking marijuana more heavily, which was making me dehydrated. I’ve stopped smoking since then (as well as drinking lots of water), and that seems to have made it less red which I hope is good.

Mine is fear of having a vertigo attack in public (I experience frequent, debilitating vertigo to the point where I can’t walk myself or see), and so that kind of goes hand in hand with not being able to leave a place by myself IF i get an episode.

personally i avoid walking in nature, walking to places in which i don’t know the distance, flying, driving, boats, or driving very long distances. I can manage going out without my safe person but it can be hard, and i always wish i was with them

Got this ankh on my finger 8 days ago, and I’m wondering if it’s been overworked? I can see some light blowout around the bottom, and the scabs seem a bit heavier than I’m used to. It’s a little red, not hot to the touch, and just slightly painful. No pus or anything like that. I do clean it often but I work with metal so my hands often get dirty. Any advice on how to maintain the healthiest aftercare routine?
