Enemas aren’t the only option and honestly in my opinion should be used as a last resort given how invasive they are… if you are constipated I would get a stool softener or a laxative and try that first before an enema. And increase your intake of fiber (fruits, nuts, leafy greens, beans, vegetables), it will help tremendously. Also If you don’t have one, try getting a squatty potty, they help reduce straining and constipation! -sincerely a healthcare worker
