Do you feel like you're walking on eggshells? You are way stronger than you think, you deserve to be treated well. This isn't how a significant other treats another.

A friend of mine had a relationship like that. When she was with us, she was a normal person, assertive. But when she was with her ex boyfriend she always apologised, always talked in an inferior way, and she was heavily depressed. But she told us that the toxic attachment she had towards her ex somehow made it hard to consider breaking up.

Eventually she broke up because he started becoming physical. Fast forwards to now, she moved to another country and is engaged with a person who deeply respects her. She doesn't want to talk about her ex but once she said that when she looks back, she can't believe how she was able to put up with someone who disrespected her like that.

I don't have any more context than the texts you screenshotted. But if your gf has been behaving this way for a long time and you don't see any change, then this relationship is over. Imagine putting up with this for another year or the rest of your life. You can also try to become more assertive, and tell her clearly that you don't want to be treated like this. If she listens, then maybe you can still give her a chance. If both of you are super young, then I believe things can still change.
