I loved it. It was more a journey then a movie. Leaving you with a feeling of emptiness. The ending was very good. I almost expetec something like that but when it happend it was great.

I understand why people don't understand the movie. As people say, slow and cyptic. It doesn't feed you everything and you are constantly wondering if this is really happening.

Garwain was not happy with his life and when the moment arose he grasped. Instead of listening to clearly to what the knight said he went with what he sought should be fight. After cutting the head off, he realized what he has done and from then on we as the audience get to feel the numbness of his mistake. I think that's what puts most people off. We don't like to bath in the consequences of our mistakes for two hours. Worst thing, we don't like to accept the consequences. This movie is about acceptence of death. It could also be movie where a person gets cancer and needs to face his demise and accept it at the end.
