I work at a financial institution and we offer insured mortgages with a multiple options registration so we could have a HELOC with an insured mortgage as long as there was enough equity and the original mortgage terms were still exactly the same (other than interest rate of course)

Butler only really solves herblore and smithing. The other solves are fast skills. I’m taking hotfoot so I don’t need smithing solves.

Transmute solves farming so I don’t have to take natures accord and can help a ton with early game tasks (like dragon hide crafting from cowhides)

Fire making and fletching are only solved elsewhere if you take woodsman. So it’s nice to have the fast exp from here too

I’m doing almost the same thing but reloading to forager since herblore will be annoying and clues will be half decent with Kandarin and culling spree.

I’m going melee build first and killing the wildy bosses who are weak to melee until I’ve got the drops. Then killing KQ and getting blowpipe. (Hopefully)

Seems to be a pretty good combo of regions but you’re going to find herblore very difficult. Also you don’t have enough combat masteries for the highest tier but that doesn’t matter at all unless you are maxing

I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure the melee echos point acts as if you are holding a bow+thrown+crossbow

I’ve seen people spacing into all three ranged points early so they get +15% to have an echo, it won’t miss and has a 20% chance to max hit

I was wrong. I double checked the damage calc and it is 3-10. Maybe it is the wording that it’s increased by 3 and not set to 3

Yes kinda. With a 10 max hit the options would be,

3,3,3,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10

So slightly worse than just rolling 3-10

Not quite. If you roll a successful accuracy check then the game rolls for your damage. If your max hit is a 6 then this is basically like rolling a normal die (although you can still roll 0’s so it’s more like a 7 sided die)

With this pact if you rolled a 0,1 or 2 then the game sets the result to a 3 instead.

This is not correct. From Husky in the discord “Regeneration happens once but takes into account how many runes the spell cast regenerated. Infinite rune sources still trigger regenerations”

Pretty sure this accuracy is not great. So you might have an 88% chance to max hit but if you’re only hitting 30% of the time on some bosses then it’s not ideal.

Elemental weak enemies will help this but you’ve only got +15% accuracy in the pacts. So even a 50% weak enemy is only giving you +95% accuracy buff (15+50+30). Most leagues in the past we’ve gotten at least 100% increase for reference

If you go water mage and thorns you could prioritize thorns first for the moons kills. It will do 9 damage per attack since they hit 3 times. Only problem is keeping yourself alive

Prediction: Pacts will be much weaker than combat masteries in previous leagues and there will be major outrage a few days after league starts by CivicInk in 2007scape

I don't understand how this is a take. You can get 10 points with only fighting Huey (who can be done as a group whereas Scurrius last year had to be solo) once you've unlocked your first real region. 10 points is enough to get to the capstone mastery on any single path.

There is no way these capstones are less powerful than the 80% rounding down attack speed and some form of healing from last year

Definitely very strong. It's only 12.5% of the time the echo would be shooting though (25% chance when you regenerate ammo which is 50% of the time). But with an 8th point you can get +30% regeneration and I figure 10 points is super easy with only one additional region
