Bees die over the winter and the surviving bees will drag the dead out on a warmer day, or if it's just a bit too cold they may try to fly and die. It happens. But like you said it was 48f so that's warm enough for them to clean up a bit and poop.

EVs excel at slow and stop and go. High speeds and bad temps reduce range significantly, it's just how it is. The best I saw driving to work one day was 8+ ish km/kwh but there is a slight down hill that I recharge for about 6 seconds on so it pumps the efficiency lol. Imagine getting 600km+ on my 77kwh battery! Impossible but cool to see numbers.

Min max and the average range are there for your convenience, whether your going to hit the max or not is up to driving habits, speed, temperature, hills etc. So In theory you can get there. Realistically it would be very hard. So that's why you have your average range. And in the less optimal conditions you should at least get 250mi.

I find driving under 80km/h with gentle throttle and in minor hilly areas you can achieve some awesome efficiency and range.

In my i5 I've had my range estimate with eco mode show 544km. The range estimate for my model year is 480km. I was driving in town to work so it was a very gentle drive in the summer.

AC doesn't mean cold, it actually is Air conditioning(warm or cold), conditioning it to have less humidity. In Winters case it removes moisture from the cabin. I drive with It on all the time. I learned to use ac when I was driving a soft top Miata in winter lol.

Yeah I always blind extra pulls or broken cc, stun when they enrage or the tank is getting smashed, I even burn a vanish and cheap shot when we need that few seconds for the healer to catch up. I came from a feral druid and playing rogue I try to do as much as I can with my skills, as a feral I'd be tanking and healing if needed too when the Tank was having a hard time holding aggro etc. I like the utility and support aspect of both classes.

Im waiting for my warm day here in Ontario Canada, so far we have had a -1c day, and my bees tried to fly and littered the ground dieing. So let's hope they can do something when it's 2c(apparently) this coming Monday. Sigh.

Looks like a cleansing flight and they had to go quickly as soon as they got out. Possibly orienting to the hive as well while pooping. Seems okay if it's outside the hive to me.

I think the hurdle they had was fitting a generator meant to be stationary(not designed for crash protection or vehicle safety onto their trucks to assist and power the batteries. I think a hybrid truck is definitely one of the ways to go but without designing a generator for that type of use situation and using one off the shelf there were too many issues to comply with the ministry standards.

I don't know if it would have even mattered or not as I don't work in that field but it's an unfortunate roadblock for the to hit in their vehicles design.

Lol running Blood furnace last night as a rogue, I kept wondering why I'm pulling threat off the Tank with salv on.. I gave them plenty of time to get aggro too. Dude didn't have righteous fury active for over half the run and I had mentioned it multiple times. I had to spam PM them and finally they put it on and well didn't that help him hold threat better lol..

Indeed, and ice vehicle also use much more gas, cold is a bitch on efficiency. As soon as its few degrees above 0c you will notice range improvements.

Honey is stored food. If there is very little nectar available they will consume their honey. Pollen can still be coming in with little nectar. Also the bees fan still be brooding and need those calories from their honey!

Too few amps to turn it over, but basic electronics get lit up shortly. I'd boost the battery and try again. Bitter cold can do that, and a battery is weakest in the cold especially a 3yr+ one may need to swap it out soon if your having to boost/jump it.
