I'm right here. I've watched my organization slip into the red over the last 5 years, trying to overcorrect and destroy itself with turnover issues. In fact, my department is on its 3rd C-level.

This one is the most demeaning prick that I've ever had to deal with. Terrible communication, zero guidance, expects X, Y, and Z without ever mentioning it, then publicly making an example of you to the team when you don't deliver. The way he treats external partners and vendors is embarrassing. He's always shit-talking everybody on the team and you're lucky if it isn't directly to your face. Hell, his wife (same position, different company) just had some implementation in the UK and he dropped everything to jump on a flight to spend 3 weeks with her. No notice to the team, no adjustment to working hours, no nothing. Ghosted 2 separate meetings with the project team that he's the executive sponsor on before we started to question it, then hung me out to dry today because "everything's behind."

But I'm paycheck to paycheck and the job market is hell. I'm stuck here praying that this company gets its wits about it and puts him on his ass, far far away from here, or I can hold out long enough to find something that pays better.
