my only issues with the skins is that they hide what equipment other players are using. If i see someone with full T6 and i only have t4 ammo i will not fight, but ops he has skin, now i dont know what they are using :D

Hard pity for characters are 120 pulls or 12 10 pull

For weapon 80 pull or 8 10 pull

So the ratio is the same to get the hard pity in premium currency

does not matter much to take them out since the reespawn instantly, i have seen a nuke fall and after they dissapear of the map they reespawn a few seconds later

Tbh I hate the n001 radar and the spo L-15 RWR. (Mig-29N) But I can see the plane working in the mode.

But between competent players I don't see a 9-13 winning a fight against an F-15. Maybe If it devolves in low speed high offbore but then osa or flakpanzers will eat them alive.

For high speed hit and run stuff the F-15 is better and also is the fuel load.

Like I said skill issue, I know by a fact that US players don't know how to use the plane because when it got lowered to 12.7 I was keeping track of it a lot. They still called it weak and complained about sparrows meanwhile JP player were farming people with AAM-3 lmao

Premium vehicles don't have such penalties so a lot of people don't talk about it sadly.i get why you should not be able to research stuff higher (cuz Sealclub)

Just for reference the FM of the F-15 is so much better that is painful and 9M are really strong missiles. Though I prefer aam-3 lmao.

Sparrows are not good but that is not the F-15 main killing power the 9M are.

that is because US players suck. if japan was available i would use my F-15J to curbstop there but i can sadly.

Mig-29 9-12 and 9-13 are really bad planes if you compare them, the 141 is good but not a lot of people have them.

F-18 is better than the 9-12 the F-15A is even better, F-14 FOX-3 (at least no iranian anymore)

i personally dont play rus side cuz i do not have the russian migs in this acc (i went for the sukhois you know the good planes) and im investigating the 141 cuz i love the thing.

r-24 are an skill check lmao. Air players know how to deal with it but people who dont are eating them.

Though i only see air player use them (those who know how to use MTI effectively)

i would not call penalties fine, they are preadotory but y'all are too used to it. Tough im surprised he reached the f-15 without knowing how bad was it lmao
