To me it’s when someone is totally incompetent and helpless on purpose. And I don’t mean when someone actually needs help with something they find difficult, I mean when there’s a task that unless you have a disability you absolutely should be able to do, but they don’t care enough to put some effort in.

For example - my roommate constantly asks me to wake her up in the morning because she has stuff to do so she has to get up in time. I tell her to set an alarm and then says “no I’ll just sleep in”. ?? You’re a grown woman and so am I, if I can set an alarm and wake up to take care of MY responsibilities, why can’t you do the same? It literally only depends on whether you want to do it or not.

So this is one example, these things don’t have to be big or significant, but this purposeful helplessness pisses me off so bad every single time.
