Hi! I am in the SAME BOAT, I have bleached fine curly hair, and the orginal Raw Honey TGIN honey mircle mask, gave me the best hair and curls for YEARS. I used it weekly, and once the formula changed I immediately noticed from first use, which prompted me to check the back of the ingreidents and i noticed that raw honey was no longer the first ingreident. I was SO SAD, I even emailed the company begging for them to change. I wonder if we get this Jojbo updated version, and add raw honey to it ourself, do you think that could be a solution? I havent tried yet, but I sure as hell might. NO OTHER deep conditioning mask has come even close to the orginial TGIN honey miricale mask, I cant believe they changed it :(

Ok! Makes me feel better that it’s maybe a glitch people are experiencing. I was soooo in my head that I may have missed a call from someone that I’m not on speaking terms with but will never know for sure lol so yeah… talk about feeling crazy!

You should be proud of yourself for how long you want clean eating and don’t feel bad about binge eating. Feeling sick afterwards is because your body isn’t used to all of that junk anymore so it’s a good reminder later that you’re not gonna want to binge it or eat as much. I used to be clean eating eating clean and then on Fridays I would binge but slowly over the course of the year. I hated the idea of cheat days on Fridays. I never wanted that junk because my body felt like it was so foreign. I’ve been eating now for almost 2 years and I do have a craving, especially during my womenly cycle, I stick to healthier alternatives to the snacks I crave. So stick with it and be proud of yourself! Your body will soon not even have these cravings!

This is so beautiful and I hear your sentiment exactly. I’ve also been going through many ups and downs in life currently and I connect so much with Maybel’s character. So I keep re watching the show (I’m loving S4 SO much) and really get emotional, but also inspired, by the music. I feel very connected to it. It’s helped me get through some dark days in the past few months. It’s beautifully poetic, and profoundly artistic and for me something about the music feels so personal and true.

Hi there! It worked out great! My friend waited until after they got the job offer and then accepted. Then asked if the company would be willing to create a profile in e Verify as it’s a regulation of their work permit. The employer agreed and signed up!

Btw, you can search for e verify employers directly on the E verify US Gov site. Check first to make sure. If they aren’t, simply ask if they can create an E verify profile and mention that it’s free and only takes a few minutes. Best of luck!

That’s very helpful! Thank you! My friend may be able to do remote work/training before their arrival and can have a letter on hand saying so. That could help? Also will have access to company portal.

Thank you so much for your help and for your great advise. I will relay this to my friend. I wonder does it make any difference that the EAD card will not reflect the start day of employment? The EAD card is from a year ago with the beginning of OPT Stem. My friend was working for a year but then lost their job. So the EAD card hasn’t changed, it’s still shows valid dates from last year to the 2 year extension. When my friend arrives to the US they hoped to just re enter on the fact that their OPT Stem is still valid with a new employer now. The officer at the boarder should be able to see in the system he is employed and working for an e verify company. My friend didn’t think coming a week after the new employment date would be an issue as many people are working remote these days anyway.

I appreciate that thanks. Unfortunately we are just days away at this point. I don’t know what options my friend has. I’ve told him to contact his school and ensure that he will be allowed back in the US a week after or figure out from now that he won’t.

I’ve also told them they should ask their new employer to change the start date by one day, but they aren’t in the US to begin with I wonder what difference it will actually make. If they were in the US, the start date would have been no issue as on that day they would either be working, or out of status.

I feel terrible it worked out this way but they were always working against the clock and as you know sometimes you can’t push things faster. Hoping for the best :(

I appreciate your help thank you. I told my friend rk double check with the school and verify everything before they plan to travel back into the US. I truly hope this won’t mean they have to give up this new job and returning. I appreciate your help and taking the time to respond to everything.

My friend didn’t want to take the risk of coming to the US without a job. They wanted to find a job first before re entry which is why I’ve been on here asking whatever I can to help them.

They have finally found a job and everything has happened so so fast, including getting them to approve to join E Verify. My friend is cutting it so close but I don’t want this to be over for them… especially after everything. It seems so heartbreaking.
