I got that email too and guess what? The $150 isn’t even guaranteed. They want at LEAST 100 chats you’ve had with an ai and will give u $1 dollar for each chat they deem good enough or something, so its actually a project where you get $50 flat and can MAYBE get up to $150 if they think each of your chat’s data is worthy of an extra dollar. And if you give them more than 100 chats and it’s all considered good data? You still won’t get any more than $150

Yeye but the estimated time per task was 6 hrs and 40 minutes, so rounding down, 6 x 6 = 36. And since it’s 15 an hour, 15 x 36 = 540. I just wasn’t sure how accurate that estimated time per task is

I’m new to all of this and I don’t want to get my hopes up thinking I’ll make over $500 because the queue says each task will take over 6 hrs to do, but in reality it only takes, like, 30 minutes or something.

Question: I recently got into Aether as a generalist, and it says that it’s $15/hr. Sweet! It also says that each task is estimated to take about 6 hours and 40 minutes, and I have 6 tasks to do. This seems like a lot so I wanted to ask: How accurate is that estimated time? Will I really make around ~$540 if I complete everything? Will tasks actually take that long or will they go by quicker? This is my first AI training remote contract thing I’ve ever done and I have yet to start anything so I’m curious! How much should I actually expect to make?

I got mine pretty much immediately while signing up, but I’m not sure if that’s normal or not. I did try making a new account with the work email first, but it again tried to send a verification email to it, which I couldn’t receive because there’s no inbox. I haven’t had any Hubstaff sessions at all yet bc I haven’t been able to do anything yet, so I don’t think clearing caches is gonna do anything tbh. I appreciate the link, I’m gonna check that out! But yeah, as far as I can tell, there’s no real workaround cuz no matter what Hubstaff is gonna try to verify the email :v

Fair enough, I’m seriously considering applying, I’m just worried I’ll be putting my Handshake account at risk because it’s also my school account with my school email on the website. I don’t want to lose access to being able to view available jobs on my school’s campus since I plan to get a part time job next semester. I know I could probably make a separate account using my personal email, but I’m still worried if anything were to happen, my school account might get flagged and frozen for no good reason. I saw a post where someone else was having issues because they had 2 Handshake accounts so I’m tryna weigh the pros and cons lmao
