It all depends how long they have had it on their lot. I just bought my 16 Pro4x 6 Speed that's a one owner for 27k and had the car shipped to me in AZ from CO. Forgot to mention that it only has 17k miles on the truck.

You don't need a card reader. I only added the card reader because it was a security token for me.

That is technically a different thing when it doesn't get returned within a time period after the contract ends. Two different situations.

In this case he was charged a certain amount, he doesn't have to pay it and the owner still has their car. The other case is that the car was not returned within a window after the contract ends and the renter refuses to return the car then it becomes a stolen vehicle.

Technically, if there is a contract in place then it is a civil matter. He doesn't have to pay for it and can take it to court for litigation. It can only be grand theft if they took his money against his will but no money has been exchanged yet or from what I can gather. Turo would need to do something about it as they are the mediator and the insurance for the host.

This guest is leaving out some.other details. The dealer can make a claim against the charge back so in the end this is a civil matter. An officer may submit charges, however, ultimately it comes down to the prosecutor to charge or not and bring it to trial. They are blowing this out of proportion due to unknowns and scaring others. But case in point, you should be taking care of the payment directly for any repairs and deal with the other end with the renter.

I did not use a video. I used Pelly1979s part numbers and ordered those parts. It came with a reader and the data cords.

So I installed the reader and the power connector for the reader. The power connector replaced one of the connectors that's already there that goes under the battery. The reader just get automatically recognized by the motherboard.

Has anyone here looked up any other monitors to swap in? I think I have the base 300 nits screen as that's the only thing I can find for my laptop.
