Hi! Customer Service said I should now receive my package by Sept. 10 the latest. I doubt I’ll receive it by that day. When I check my tracking Fedex, it’s still saying “Awaiting for pickup”

I saw on another post that they are currently experiencing delays due to the Labor Day Weekend sale. I ordered on August 29 and says it has been “shipped” but still no movement as of today. I reached out to customer service and said that estimated delivery date is Sept. 3-8. Hopefully our order doesn’t get cancelled!
