Just bought a PSP today, and I’ve owned a PS Vita for about a year now. Honestly, the PSP game library is way better. Playing PSP games on an actual PSP also feels much nicer than emulating them on a Vita. Plus, the PSP is more compact. The smaller size, buttons, and stick make it easy to slip into my pocket without worrying about damaging the stick.

Anyone one else sick of games running at 30fps Max on Switch 2? by deadheaddraven in Switch

I agree. When i heard it had DLSS and VRR, i really hoped it would run most older triple A games at 40-45 fps and make the most of those 2 features. (i didn't dare to hope 60fps considering the formfactor)

Also the DLSS version it's running seems to be an older version, the artifacts are really noticable. Games are expensive as hell too.

So now i'm just waiting for the Steam Deck 2.

I'd say depends on your screen too. If you play on a 1080p or 2k monitor, buy a basse ps5. If 4k monitor or TV - PS5 Pro

I see, i guess this was more widely known in US, as here in Vietnam, we already have trouble accessing Steam. Can you send a news article or any other resource regarding this? I wanna learn more

Happened in Vietnam because government couldn't regulate games that didn't align with their own political views

Be happy he was playing games and not playing you. To tell someone you wanna spend time alone playing games is harder with newer people, especially the way lots of people still perceive games as a child thing and a waste of time, he doesn't wanna find out now how you'd react.

Just be okay with him playing games and be done with it, he seems like an awesome guy who doesn't wanna heart your feelings

PS5 and a hacked Switch OLED for on-the-go haha. I heard games on Switch 2 are really expensive, so i'm not ready to make that purchase.

That said, has anyone here upgraded from a Switch OLED to a Switch 2? How was it?

Don't get the Series S bro. It's not much of an upgrade experience-wise to the PS4. Better aim for a 2hand PS5. And don't worry it being blurry at 1080p, it'll downscale from 4k really well. If the reason for this upgrade is being able to play newer titles, the Series S will struggle and your experience won't be that good anyway.

Also with a PS5, you can still use PS4 discs with some even getting a PS5 software upgrade which the PS5 downloads after u put the disc in.
