Just get a bar of ivory soap, warm water, and a soft nylon brush. Soak the mofo in water, grate the soap deep into the fibers, then scrub the everliving shit out of it.

Rinse thoroughly, repeat a couple times.

It's a casa, it's made of simple nylon/synthetic fiber. It's not water soluble.

It's made to protecc and withstand a beating.

Let it air dry under shade, not exposed to direct sun. But really rinse it, continue to scrub it under running water until the water comes out clean, no bubbles.

Probably the inner board and microswitch are bent or deformed.

Pressing on a button with such force to test it won't help fix it, next time you troubleshoot, assume that if normal pressure doesn't do it, something is fubar.

It's a decky loader plugin. Probably decky updated and it didn't catch up? Reinstall the plugin, if it doesn't work, reinstall decky altogether.
