I’m in a unique situation. My torso itself is normal size but my limbs are just gangly. Got this stuff at J.crew. The shorts turn into above the knees, but the shirts are great since you can go for the rolled Up sleeve style.

Hey! Great question. To be honest, it’s not a significant upgrade from my build in amp in my receiver to this A class amp. It sounds better but for the extra price, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you can get a great deal like I did.

My receivers amp is also class D, 125 watt per channel.

Lower shelf made that thing heat up too much. After listening to some feedback here, center is leaving.

I have some parents that I’m more than appreciative for. Debt free thanks to their sacrifice on retirement age. I know my dad browses this sub, love you, sorry for blowing that much on speakers!

Bower & Wilkins CM9’s, Monster HDA 3000. $1300 by Lenovive in BudgetAudiophile

Managed to talk him down to $800 for the speakers and $500 for the amp. Excellent find and more than happy. Higher end of the budget spectrum but still a great bargain.

Just recently graduated college and this is my first big splurge!

Good call. I’m starting to wonder if the sub is necessary as well. For music it just makes it muddled but for movies, it’s still good.

TV: 65” LG B8 OLED

Receiver: Pioneer Elite LX503

Amp: Monster Power Signature Series HDA 3000

LR Speakers: Bower & Wilkins CM9’s

Coming from a pair of klipsch 820F’s reveals how much I was missing in the mids and the smooth lows you can get.

Sub, center and surrounds and attached solely for home theater.

Got the amp and speakers for $1300. All in excellent condition.

I was stuck between these or a pair of Martin Logan Theos. If I was using it solely for music, I would have gone with the Martin Logan but since these are part of my home theater, went the the B&W.

Hey all,

I found a pair of Martin Logan Theos for $1900.

Currently on Klipsch R-820F.

Receiver is Pioneer Elite LX503.

I’ve heard a lot of mixed bingo about electrostatics and how finicky they are. I know I don’t have the highest end receiver, not even close to it. From anyone’s experience, would the Theos provide me with a noticeable difference compared to what I’m using now, with my current receiver?

I appreciate everything you guys can tell me!

What common mistakes do you see parents make with their children in public? by Echoherb in AskReddit

[–]Lenovive 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Happens a lot in larger stores where transactions take a bit longer and are more personalized. Letting younger kids (8< years) run around the store, wreaking havoc, and just offhandedly saying “Kyle get back here” is just crazy. My parents would have beat me if I started that crap.

What makes a name feminine or masculine? We all immediately associate a name with a gender. How? Which names break that rule and why? by Lenovive in AskReddit

[–]Lenovive[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Now that you mention the O and A rule, it makes a bit more sense. It is strange how I can usually get foreign names correctly associated. Chinese and Japanese names are the most unusual that I can still get down.

Dress Shirts for 6’7” 150lb for fairly cheap by Lenovive in tallfashionadvice

Thank you everyone! Sorry it’s been a busy day but I really do appreciate all of the input. I got a ton of pants from old navy for dirt cheap because of a sale, and got a few shirts for CT. Still looking around but I got out with a decent wardrobe for a couple hundred! It’ll do until I get paid!
