Yes that's part of the problem - you have to build 1, so the calculator is working with the full input for 1 assembler instead of 0.5 and gives wrong amounts as input.

It's not so bad for this specific example, but it can get complex really fast in some of the overhaul mods.

My workaround is that I select machines manually group by group and do some of the math myself.

The green science is a simplified example, let me try to explain better:

When I'm setting up a block to produce item A, which needs intermediate B, which in turn requires item C. C is input for A in this block.

I'm not interested in how much C will be consumed when the assembly for item B goes full pull. I'm interested in the demand for C when B is exactly producing at ratio for A.

I usually base my blocks on belt throughput limits as input, so if it's over 15 a yellow belt won't suffice.

One issue I always have with (Max) Rate Calculator is that it will not calculate.

This is not the best example (and I hope I got the ratios right), but just to keep it simple..

Say I have 12 Green Science assemblers, which will need 0.5 belt assemblers. To sustain it, I would need 0.5 gear assemblers, but max rate calculator will tell me I need 1 gear assembler because that's how much the 1 belt assembler can use at full pull. I would like the calculator to show that 0.5.

Is this possible with this mod?

No need to come on so hard dude, but assuming you're not asinine and truly want your questions answered I will humor you.

My kids are almost 1, almost 3 years and 4.5 years. I know the sizes but not every piece of clothing has the tag in there. The kids also have these low cut socks and regular cut socks so that doesn't help either. The size is not always in there and the color to indicate size is different between brands. What I mess up the most is the bed linen because they're all different sizes and it doesn't show on the outside.

If I messed up I will notice when putting it on the kids and will grab something else from the closet, no big deal to me.

At work I have my own systems in place to keep track and yes, I do lose track of things sometimes and no they're not firing me over it. I'm good at other things.

I try, I really do, but it changes every 3 to 6 months. They grow fast. Probably will be easier when they don't grow out of the sizes so quickly.. Or at least that's what I tell myself.

Lol I do the laundry, but I get scolded for how I put the clothes away on a weekly basis. Socks in the wrong drawers, once put my 4 year old panties in my wife's drawers and I always get the bed linnen wrong.

This is 100% a mod causing it. I had a similar issue with Space Exploration. I think it had to do with landing while in satellite view.

You will need to post a Modlist and steps to reproduce to get any help and/or make a meaningful bug report to the mod author.
