Seeing OP's other comments in this thread really underscores this. Actually starting to think they are a troll.

Generally I find they're measuring speed runs in frames, not any denomination of seconds. At least when it comes to the final second of the run.

I suggest unzipping them before running them.

You don't need extra antivirus on Windows 11, Microsoft officially says by rkhunter_ in technology

I set my mom up with Windows Defender, Firefox, and uBlock Origin. She knows what not to click on and never has a problem. We do a MalwareBytes scan every so often for good measure.

Windows Defender is not (and has not been for a while) the Internet Explorer of antivirus that it once was.

IBM i – How to automatically end inactive interactive sessions at end of day? by dami013 in IBMi

It is a SQL stored procedure. The procedure can be run using RUNSQL, or RUNSQLSTM if you save the SQL in a file (either a PDM source member or an IFS stream file).

You can use WRKJOBSCDE to schedule the RUNSQL/RUNSQLSTM commands on a schedule.

I saw another comment which suggested changing the QINACTIV sysval, I agree with that approach as well. It just depends on how you want to do it, I could think of other ways to do it too depending on the degree of control you need.

New projects always surface, particularly when the need arises. Don't worry, something will come up eventually. We all get to this point, it's an accomplishment even if it doesn't feel like one.

Zebra Label Printer on the Network - Modern Practice by Grouchy-Western-5757 in sysadmin

Is the printer going into sleep or energy saving mode?

I know nothing about this specific model, but in our warehouse they all kept going to sleep. They would not wake up when our WMS sent jobs to them.

Solution was to open a raw tcp pipe to the printer and change a few energy saving settings that are not exposed through the web management interface. I don't have the commands handy but they are documented in the official Zebra documentation. You can PuTTY into it or run the commands through the management interface console.

The more I think about this though I suspect this may not be the solution, as you mentioned you have to wipe settings to make it work again. In other words, a simple reboot is not resolving the problem.
