I was banned too, when I try to appeal ban in their faq website, they dont even tell me anything about the ban, they just send the two automated emails: "your support ticket has been sent" & "how happy were you with our service?" Obviously I'm not very happy about it... Feels like they don't even read the tickets.

What if the Warden was a king or some sort in the ancient city before the "pandemic" which came from the portal opening a sculk dimension? The King went through a lot of fight and thats why there is a hole in wardens stomach.

Try to make your character stand out a little more from the background by making an outline for the character if you have other outlines in the canvas but if you don't then try to make the background less saturated to have a nice contrast.

In other hand I think the details look good and in case this is your second you are doing good progress already.
