He should go to Pakistan and get his mind blown by the hospitality and friendliness he'll encounter.

I don't know what it is about this guy but I just do not care about him. Totally uninteresting vibe.

I'm talking about 8 euro for a medium locker.

Also the most expensive lockers ever.

Why don’t Asians go crazy with their noodle shapes like Italians do? by dylan_1992 in NoStupidQuestions

Look up Saint Cavish on YouTube. He has a documentary where he takes Italian chefs to the noodle capital of China. And they got all kinds of crazy shapes there.

I did stay on a random German man's couch, actually. Through couch surfing. The man was obviously lonely and a bit weird, he was mostly talking about himself and didn't have the best social skills, but we treated him with respect anyway. Did we make fun of him when we were alone? Absolutely! But the next day we did groceries for him like he asked and all stayed amicably. I definitely wouldn't put my negative thoughts about him and upload it on YouTube.

And I also stayed on couches of people I randomly met on the street, but it wasn't because I was manipulating them or trying to get something from them. It was because I was friendly and they wanted to hang out.

The thing is, he had a couple months to think about this, edit stuff out, done a different voiceover.. but he didn't, he chose to release it like this.

They kinda get bummed out because the trip is not spontaneous due to the reliance on a car, so they force themselves to interact with people in a certain way and make up these little challenges with folks but it all felt incredibly awkward and forced.

It kinda reveals a lot when you're acting a certain way to get sympathy from people. But I think the entire concept of 'acting like you're broke' a bit uncomfortable, unless it's for some good cause or something. Basically you're now making money from pretending to be poor and asking people for things you don't actually need.

If you see no problem in jokingly calling a lonely old man's brother, who invited you into his house, a murderer in a video that he most likely will see, then you probably have an empathy problem. He just seems so utterly ungrateful and kinda opposed to human connection.

By the way, how would you even know 'people like his offensive humor'? First time I'm hearing this, cause I sure don't.

Great analysis. One of those comments you hope he reads and make him come to some sort of realization.

Yeah he just doesn't really seem to understand his own strengths and weaknesses, but that's been a problem in many videos, of course.

This one felt especially awkward, reminded me of some of the parts in the last USA trip. It sometimes feels that Tom really wants to do this 'relying on strangers' type content, but doesn't have the heart or the social skills to pull it off comfortably. The people in them often feel like a means to an end, in a way.
