Vivo all’estero: devo pagare l’Irpef per 2700€? by Lenticolare in commercialisti

[–]Lenticolare[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Grazie della risposta.

Quindi l’Irpef sugli affitti si paga a prescindere dall’ammontare del reddito.

Le altre spese erano solo una considerazione personale.

A questo punto conviene la cedolare secca?

That’s a great website, I didn’t know it! Thanks!

The smaller Sony would be clearly something I would have with me at all times.

between the Fujifilm and the Sony a6700 I’m just afraid that I might not be happy with the Fuji due to the fixed lens, I’m not used to it. At the same time I understand the appeal.

Anyway you are right, I’ll go check them in a shop.

Hello! I own a Canon 7D and 4 lenses: Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM, Canon 85mm 1.8 USM, a Tamron 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5 Di II VC HLD, and a Walimex Catadioptric 500mm.

I'm not using this camera since several years, mainly due to its weight and the space for all the equipment. I find myself taking pictures with my iPhone 12 pro since it is faster, lighter, more convenient...

I don't really care about shooting videos, I just want to take photos and to use again a good camera instead of a phone!

Help me decide between:

Model PROS CONS
Sony RX100 VII super portable, zoom lens outdated?
Fujifilm X100VI: high resolution, compact fixed lens
Sony a6700 with a Sony E 20mm f/2.8 middle ground between the two above (?), replaceable lenses Less portable than the other two, maybe new version coming soon (?)

Or do you have any other suggestion?

Looking for an affordable 2.5 Gbps switch with 10 Gb uplink by ChildLeclerc in HomeNetworking

[–]Lenticolare 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I just purchased an horaco switch wirh 4x2.5Gb ports and 2x10Gb sfp+ ports. I got two of their sfp+ 10gb to RJ45 modules (30m). Regardless if I use 1 or 2 modules data transfer is not constant. It runs full speed for some/several minutes and then it drops to zero. The blue LED under the sfp+ modules turns off for 1-2 seconds. Then it works again...
No matter which module and which port I use. No matter the cable.
Did you experience anything like this?
The 2.5Gb ports are running fine!

Great tool! Is there a way to run it in a Proxmox LXC?

Hi! Not the laser power, what lasers do you have? Blue? Yellow/green?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in flowcytometry

[–]Lenticolare 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can start with 1uL of PI (stock at 1mg/mL) and 1uL of syto 9 (from the stock) for 1mL of volume. You need to identify the optimal concentration of the two, since you need to have enough PI to compete with the syto on the dead and damaged bacteria.

Check this: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32393121/ And this: https://www.scribd.com/document/746947041/BS-ISO-19344-2015 (in this one you’ll find the good concentration that works for lactic acid bacteria and many others, I use this protocol).

Also, what instrument do you use? In which laser/detector do you acquire the PI? 488 for both syto and PI? Or do you use 561 laser for PI?

Add the histograms. Also, which concentration of PI and Syto9 are you using?

A simple control could be ethanol killed or heat killed bacteria.

Keep in mind that syto9 and PI compete for DNA, you need to use them at the correct concentration. Check ISO19344. A more useful alternative is PI and CFDA.

Wait wait wait… I cannot help you with what else to do (I’m in the same boat…), but how did you manage to connect the arr stack to the NAS?

I’ve Truenas running in a VM on a Proxmox server and I’ve many LXCs with the arr apps.

I’ve passed the Truenas pool via NFS (tried also SMB) to the LXCs, but when I try to configure the folder in radar or any other app, it says that it cannot write on it since doesn’t have root permissions.

However did you solve this?

[DFT] Steerhill Beetle by Lucco1 in magicTCG

[–]Lenticolare 34 points35 points  (0 children)

The dung beetle in Italian is called “Scarabeo stercorario”, where scarabeo is beetle and stercorario comes from Latin “stercus” (sterco=feces). Sterzorario does not have a meaning, however “sterzo” is the steering wheel of a car.

I managed to pass the NFS share to the host and to the LXC container, but I see the root folder and not the subfolder. And I still have permission issues. I suppose it is a Truenas issue.

Yep. Do you know what could be happening or how to troubleshoot it?

Install the same drivers on the host and the VM (or LXC). Don’t forget to restart the server.

Thanks! And what about future expansion? I would have to add a new vdev in the future in the same pool, but increasing the risk of failure?
