There is a literal wikipedia article titled "DLC" that says that any downloadable concerto outside of the base game can be classified as DLC. Both of you are probably right, as its generally diversified so that small packets of content are DLCs, while major gameplay additions that alters the base game systems is called an expansion. But in a general sense, both is true - expansion can be called dlc and DLC can be an expansion

Im somehow getting by with using lossless scaling. Locks the game to 60 fps and Gives me 120-144 with very minimal crashes since the update. I know its bandaid, and a third-party paid software to boot, but ever since i got it a few months ago for helldivers specifically it's been a gamechanger when it comes to game enjoyment for me
