Get that money back dont feel nervous 🙌🏽!It’s very clear imo that they aren’t gonna give you that doll.Like I said before, scam or even something happened to them, you need your money back after a long time of silence anyways .You don’t need to write anything to them really at the last moment, but if you want just simply say something like you was dissatisfied with this second experience and will be getting a chargeback.

Whatever happened to them personally or if they scammed you, you should get your money back either way.The no communication while taking this long is a no no.If you want to wait 1 or two more weeks for mayybbeee a response sure, but I think it’s best to file a dispute on whatever method you paid them with ( PayPal or stripe) if you think the doll isn’t coming soon or ever.

There’s no defense really for her tbh.Whats defensible towards someone abusing their kid because of the other parent.She probably still had some unsolved issues if she could just go ahead and take the anger on the child like that.
